If you must cancel your appointment, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a 50% service charge. A 24 hour notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another guest who may be waiting for a service.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate you, but please understand rescheduling may be in order.

After your service, we offer to pre-schedule your next appointment so that you will always receive the date most convenient for you.
