CAN I GET A HOME VISIT FROM MY STYLIST?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate home visits right now. It would put the stylist at risk of losing their license since home visits are illegal right now, and it does not help the efforts to flatten the curve. The sooner we flatten the curve, the sooner we can open up legally and get back to our jobs!
HOW CAN I GET AVEDA PRODUCTS AT HOME?
We know you don’t want to be home without your favorites, and you can get your favorite Aveda products delivered right to your door with free shipping through this link. HOW’S THE TEAM DOING?
Our team is the core of what we do—we are proud to be an employee-based salon with no chair renting and no 1099 members. Our team members are all on unemployment while we are closed and we are continuing to pay all their health insurance in the meantime. We love our team, and taking care of them is essential to us.
WHEN WILL YOU REOPEN?
We will be reopening as soon as it is safe to do so, and you’ll be the first to know! And we have a surprise for all of you when we do—we can’t wait for you to see what we have been up to in our downtime.
