“Oh, so you answer the phones? That makes you a receptionist, right?” Though most might think that answering the occasional phone call makes one “receptionist-ish,” it’s quite the contrary. We prefer the title, “Front desk extraordinar’s with an emphasis on Guest Care Services”, please and thank you. It might sound far-fetched, but we take great pride in what we do. You need to schedule an appointment, we’ve got it! You need a hand massage, let me grab the Hand Relief lotion. Neck wrap? Way ahead of ya! Aside from the humor, our service to our guests remain by far of the utmost importance.
The welcoming atmosphere that we felt as employees on our first day, is what we hope to surround both new and existing guests with every time they visit. Minus the new “do”, we also strive to create a new experience for every guest each time they come. Our team-based environment is what sets ourselves apart from not only other salons, but from the competitiveness found in most workplaces. We work together, to help build each other up and grow in a positive way. Needless to say, it is not only an honor to work in the position we both are in, but it is also a privilege.
